One of the important elements of a commercial photo shoot is to establish a level of continuity so photos of a firm's staff look the same across the breadth of marketing materials and on the web. This adds a level of professionalism and attention to detail to the firm's presentation. If images are produced using different lighting as well as different backgrounds and photo techniques, the end result deteriorates. The examples following were shot on 3 different days but were matched to create continuity. The subjects were all photographed on a white background, retouched, and placed on a background created for this client. Retouching remained consistent and the heads were sized so the scale was the same.
