I just completed shooting the new offices of one of my favorite clients, a 3-architect firm just relocated to new offices on University Ave. in St. Paul. This firm's style is centered on using industrial raw materials in interesting ways including particle board and Kal-Wal. You'll also see a couple of examples of people/no people images. Often, clients are unsure if they want people in their project photos. Where appropriate, I actually shoot the image both ways merging the human subject into the final image. These were all shot using HDR techniques and polished off in OnOne Software as well as Photoshop. Each image is created from 5-7 images taken at different luminous values. The first image, a three-piece cylindrical panoramic processed in PTGui software, is composed of 18 images. Some of the images were processed twice in HDR Efex to highlight different exposure values. The techniques I use are often called Natural HDR.
